These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gilded Marquee website and your participation in any dining, poker nights, events, or other activities at our venue.

  • We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Venue Rules and Conduct

General Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who violates venue rules or engages in disruptive behaviour.

  • Dress code: smart casual attire is required.
  • No outside food or beverages.
  • Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Poker Night Conduct

Poker nights are hosted social experiences. Participants must follow the directions of the host, treat chips and cards as recreational tools, and maintain a friendly atmosphere.

  • No wagering or exchange of chips for money or anything of value.
  • Players must be 18 years or older.
  • Respect table etiquette and other players.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations

Reservations for dining and poker nights can be made through our website or by phone. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and special events.

  • A credit card may be required to secure bookings for groups of 6 or more.
  • We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

  • Cancellation fee: $25 per person for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.
  • For private events, separate terms apply as agreed in the event contract.

Responsible Participation

Poker activities are recreational, social, and hosted exclusively at the venue. Guests must follow venue rules, participate responsibly, and comply with applicable Australian laws and age requirements.

  • Poker at Gilded Marquee is purely for entertainment and social interaction.
  • No money, gambling winnings, cash prizes, or financial returns are involved.
  • Chips and cards are provided solely for recreational play.
  • Guests must be 18 years or older to participate in poker nights.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gilded Marquee or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gilded Marquee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in venue activities.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while at the venue.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the venue shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
